We’re down to the top 3 and we feel like things are getting really serious so today we just picked a silly article to help pass the time. We can’t wait until tomorrow night!!! In the mean time, we can all apperciate the fact that little boys in the Kansas City area are asking for a haircut like David Cook’s!
In fact, clients are starting to ask for the look by name.
Cook’s name.
“Two of them came in and said, ‘I want that David Cook look with the spikes and the little taper in the back,’ she said.”
LOL that’s awesome!! You know you’ve made it in the world when people want to look just like you
AWWWW how cute. However, there can be only ONE! LOL! Nobody else will look like David, try as they may. Nobody else has those eyes, that hair, that smile, that mouth…mmmmmmmwaaaahhhh…oh sorry…those lovely hands…mmmmmmmmmmm…OK I have to quit now! Actually, I just got my hair cut this weekend…and it’s kinda like David’s…sorta…HAHAHA! Love him love him love him.
Yay!!! It’s Tuesday….only about 11 hours until we see THE MAN! Who wouldn’t want to be like him???? He’s perfect. To be brutually honest, my husband favors him A LOT. Same nose, same mouth, same color hair. Only differences, my husband’s hair is short, his eyes are blue, and he’s shorter and a little pudgier than David. I actually went as far as to put a picture of my husband on the side of a picture of David. And there are some major resemblances. But he’ll never be David. I cannot wait for him to sing tonight. He’ll probably give me chills again and make me melt again….but that’s what we wait all week long for, right???? I love this guy!!
David Cook is THEE BEST thing ever to have hit the airwaves!!! We’re so looking forward to this evening and we hope and pray that he does fantastic as always!!!
GEEZ is it 7PM CST yet? NO?!? HOW am I supposed to live til then without him? Hey did I tell you all my hair is kinda sorta like David’s too? Just got it cut Saturday. Well his looks better, I think! Oh oh oh how am I gonna make it when AI is over? Seriously. Do we have a plan for when David is not on TV every week? EEEEEEK! Love you, David.
Kath, the only thing I can think of is to buy all of his videos off of iTunes and rewatch them over and over. And run searches on all performances and interviews until he shows up either on tour or on a tv program we can catch. I’ve been watching my slideshow with his pictures and listening to his AI performances over and over until it’s time to see him in action. That’s pretty cool to get your hair cut like his….show’s a real fanatic. I wouldn’t go that far because I would never be able to reproduce the look he has. Nobody can!!!!! Only 2 more hours woo hoo!!!!! I can’t wait to see him tonight. Probably looking hotter than ever, if that’s humanly possible, and just killing songs like he does all the time. I still get chills listening to songs he’s done on AI that I’ve heard hundreds of times, literally. Head over heels for this guy….love you, David!!

I thought he was singing ‘The World I Know”….oh well who cares I LOVE his choice and the producer’s choice. Like I said I haven’t heard the song Simon chose for him but I’m going to love it anyway. Wow….I love it. What a way to close out the show tonight!!! Like I’ll even remember what little Archie and Syesha are going to sing. Yes indeed just bring it! WE LOVE YOU! REALLY WE DO!!!

Had to come here, where we all LOVE DAVID! I thought the band was kinda loud tonight. I thought David did a good job fitting some big ol’ long songs into 90 seconds. I liked Dare You To Breathe & I’d never heard it or heard of Switchfoot. Once again, the words & his voice sucked me into the songs. Was he predictable? If so, is that a bad thing? What did we want? I wanted DAVID. I think we got him. I don’t know who else could have done what he did with FTEISYF, loved it. That is a loooong, sloooow song. I sure would’ve liked to hear him sing “…the first time ever I kissed your mouth….” up…in…flames…meltdown….so I pretended! Who else could’ve done Aerosmith? Strings were original! OK I’m done voting, gotta get to bed. Gotta get Tour tix on presale tomorrow! More msgs for you elsewhere on here, David sweetestheart. Get some rest! I love you!

Go to poptarts.com. There is presale info on there. Looks like the password is POPTARTS. Why don’t they just say they’re ON SALE? I dunno. I gotta make sure I have ticketmaster.com registration active!
Thanks Kath! I did some googling last night and eventually found my way to the poptarts website. It does seem to make no sense that they’d have a presale but then make the password easily accessible to anyone and everyone.
I’m glad they’re doing this, though, because I was going to have to have someone else buy the tickets for me on Saturday, because I wasn’t going to be home. Now I can deal with the stress myself! lol
LOL. Someone actually had the faux hawk with swept bangs look going ’round here…it drove me to distraction.
